# 3 - Google Groups
Being a member of many bodybuilding and fitness news groups and forums, i have researched them in google and did not find a single group with some decent info.....no1 wants to share the secret of their 6 packs and beachbods....well neither will i haha
I still had to join a group therefore i chose a LA Lakers fanbase....fun
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.sports.basketball.nba.la-lakers/subscribe?hl=en
to do this i had to create a google account, which i will probs never use again.....disappointing!
